ANEWGOLF: The Korean Brand That Made Europe Look Twice
There is a particular kind of discovery that stays with you — not because of what you found, but because of how long it took you to find it.
I first encountered ANEWGOLF the way most European women who care about how they dress on a golf course encounter Korean fashion: through someone else wearing it, somewhere they shouldn’t have been able to get it. A Saturday morning at Golf de Servanes. A French-Korean woman based in Lyon who brought pieces back from Seoul each spring because there was no other way.
That was two years ago. The situation has improved, but not enough. ANEWGOLF remains almost entirely unknown in European golf retail. Which, to be direct, is a failure of European taste-making rather than any shortcoming of the brand.
ANEWGOLF was founded on a premise that sounds simple until you try to find its equivalent in a European pro shop: that women who play golf deserve clothes designed with the same seriousness that a fashion house would bring to a ready-to-wear collection. Not performance apparel with a feminine colourway added as an afterthought. Not a country club conservative with a logo. Something considered from the first sketch.
Why ANEWGOLF Stands Apart
The cuts are narrow without being restrictive – there is structural intelligence in how the pieces allow a full swing without pulling across the shoulders or breaking the silhouette. The colour work is where ANEWGOLF distinguishes itself most clearly from anything currently available in Europe: combinations that read as fashion-forward from twenty metres but hold up as genuinely wearable once you are six holes deep and the light has shifted.
Deep sage against pale blush. Cognac against cream. The kind of palette that understands that a golf course is not a neutral backdrop. The fabric choices are technical in the correct sense – UV protection and moisture management built into materials that do not announce themselves as performance fabrics. This matters more than it sounds. There is a category of golf clothing that looks precisely like golf clothing: functional, branded, correct. ANEWGOLF does not look like golf clothing. It looks like the wardrobe of a woman who happens to play golf, which is an entirely different thing.
For European women who have been dressing for the course from a limited set of options — brands designed primarily for men and adjusted, or fashion brands that perform poorly once you actually swing — ANEWGOLF represents something that does not yet have a name in this market. It will.

If you are in Europe and want to shop at ANEWGOLF, the brand ships internationally through its official site. The range changes seasonally — spring and summer collections arrive in February, autumn and winter in August. The pieces sell out. That, in itself, tells you something.
